Courses and workshops provide a great opportunity to deepen and explore your practice in more detail, whether it’s breathwork, meditation, movement or a combination of these. They’re open to everyone.

Meditation is often a journey into the unknown that can be daunting. But with Isabell's expert guidance I was unintimidated and just wanted to go further and deeper; to explore more. This is a brilliant foundation on which to build a regular practice. I'm truly grateful to have such an inspirational teacher.

This short course is essential for home-workers! It really helped relieve and strengthen my neck and shoulder and gave me lots of tips to practice on my own. The 4 week format is just enough time to get in some practice and not too big a commitment.

This is a great course for yogis of all levels. It's great to revisit the basics and find opportunities to improve alignment and go a bit deeper in some asanas. It's also a good chance to address bad habits or misalignments that can limit benefits or even cause harm. The course was wonderful; resilience initially felt like a practical skill I needed to learn and get better at (in order, perhaps, to find daily life a little easier and myself a little braver), but Isabell helped me understand that bearing witness to myself and holding kindness (both self-compassion and compassion for others) lets resilience come more organically, a kind of unfolding. Isabell has an uncanny gift for creating connection and safety amongst a group of strangers and holding space without judgment.

I regularly give talks and facilitate workshops and courses at the workplace – both in the office and remotely. I can cover a wide range of topics including embodied practice, functional movement, the physiology of breathing, mindfulness and productivity, meditation and many other topics. I’ll work with you to create a bespoke session that can be offered as part of a health & wellbeing day, away day, or lunch time talk or practical session.

Isabell’s Breath Workshop was a really valuable session in our team away day. It was a fantastic way for our remote-working team to learn together about practical ways to use breath to aid wellbeing. The team really enjoyed the combination of practical exercises and fascinating background on the scientific understanding of breath. Isabell has a real knack for bringing a subject to life and we all went away with some really practical ways to use this to manage our own wellbeing in both personal and professional lives.
