I can only imagine all the hard work you put in to make these weekends such a special experience. From letting us know the train times, organising the taxis and letting us know exactly what to bring, the weekend was so well organised. The venue was beautiful and the food was delicious with perfect timings for meals, snacks and treats.

Each and every yoga class was just incredible – creative with lots of scope in the dynamic classes to challenge whatever ability and the afternoon restorative yoga and meditation classes were thought provoking and inspirational  – with the letting go theme expertly crafted throughout. The balance of dynamic and gentle sustained us throughout the weekend and your hands on assistance and guidance allowed me to achieve a greater depth to my practice (not to mention my first headstand!). My meditation practice also benefitted enormously under your guidance – both from the wisdom of your words and through the time you devoted to our comfort.

It really was one of the highlights of my year.
