I regularly teach meditation and mindfulness courses, and courses around building resilience, and managing anxiety and stress. I’m part of the Yogacampus yoga and meditation teacher training faculty, and offer a range of CPD workshops for yoga teachers and teachers from related modalities.
Workshops and courses at the workplace
I regularly give talks and facilitate workshops and courses at the workplace – both in the office and remotely. I can cover a wide range of topics including embodied practice, functional movement, the physiology of breathing, mindfulness and productivity, meditation and many other topics. I’ll work with you to create a bespoke session that can be offered as part of a health & wellbeing day, away day, or lunch time talk or practical session.
