‘Yoga as a State of Being’
Advanced 300 hour teacher training with Yogacampus
A flexible and modular training consisting of four core modules, electives, and an integration course, bringing it all together.
I’m teaching the integration course which complements, integrates and expands on the learning from the other mandatory and elective modules of the Advanced Teacher Training Programme and runs alongside them. It offers the opportunity to practically apply what you’ve learned to teaching scenarios, consolidate your learning, and develop and grow as a teacher.
The Art of Immersive and Intelligent Sequencing: Methods and tools for creating transformative, multi-dimensional classes
January – November 2027, 1 day a month
(with a break over the summer)
We’ll explore how to facilitate the ‘state of yoga’ through:
- Structuring purposeful, effective, creative sequences that support presence, ease, lightness and joy.
. - Weaving together immersive movement with themes on subtle anatomy and yoga philosophy to deepen understanding and foster insight.
. - Working with physical, mental, emotional and energetic aspects of practice to create a balanced and comprehensive experience.
. - Integrating breathwork and meditation seamlessly into an asana-focused class.
. - Creating well crafted classes that are clear, inclusive, adaptable and accessible to students with a diversity of backgrounds.
The fact that an opinion has been widely held is no evidence whatever that it is not utterly absurd
